When in the cover mode, you can pull it over the top of your Uuni 3 after you're done cooking to protect it from the elements. It's been life tested in Scotland, arguably one of the most demanding environments known to man.

Important: The Uuni 3 Cover/bag is for use with Uuni 3 wood-fired oven only. Do not use the cover until your Uuni is completely cooled down and there are no flames or glowing embers left.
